Project Overview : The client was scaling rapidly but lacked a real-time logistics backend, causing missed delivery slots and inefficient dispatching. I was brought in to modernize their dispatch and tracking system to support hyperlocal delivery logistics.

Solution

My Role : Led end-to-end architecture and backend dev for a microservices-based fleet orchestration platform. Emphasis was on low-latency routing, real-time visibility, and asynchronous traffic prediction. Tech Stack : Django, FastAPI, Redis, Celery, MongoDB.

Results Achieved
